Editing your Smart Campaigns in Adext is very easy. If you want to pause or reactivate a Smart Campaign, please click here.

If you want to edit the Ad Sets in Explore AI, you can edit them in two ways:

- In the Smart Campaigns section and tab, select the Smart Campaign you want to edit.

- Afterward, click on the Smart Ad Sets tab and choose the Smart Ad Sets you want to edit. Only the Ad Sets you selected in the other tab will be loaded up. Then, click on "Actions" and select the "Edit and/or end date".

-From your dashboard, go to the section “AI Performance results” and look for the “Edit Button” it’s on the right side. Also next to watcher icon you will see a toggle where you can active or stop the Ad Set.

Just a Reminder! 👇

If you chose to have CBA OFF, you can set the budget to be assigned daily. If you chose CBA ON, you’ll have a Total Budget that will be distributed among every Ad Set.

-When editing active Smart Campaigns, you’ll be able to consult your total or daily budgets (read more about minimum budgets) and end date(s). Just remember that we currently have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 90 days to select the length of your optimization period. After editing just click "Update".

-When editing inactive Smart Campaigns, you do have to validate them with the "Request Changes" or "Reactivate" button. They’ll be reviewed in order to confirm there weren’t any significant changes in the initial setting of your campaign.

Note: Adext AI works with the remaining budget

During its exploration phase, Adext uses only an amount of the assigned budget to explore each audience. When it acquires data from the best performing audiences, it assigns a larger budget to those that perform best, which means that the remainder will be distributed in the following days in order to invest a larger budget on the best audiences.

-When editing inactive Smart Campaigns, Adext does not consider the remnants since your Smart Campaigns are already inactive and resets the remnants to reactivate them. After editing click on "Request changes" to validate that the selected smart ad groups do not have significant changes and ensuring the reactivation is carried out properly.
