Typical reasons this occurs:
You canceled the connection process before it was complete
You unchecked one or more of the required privileges
Your ad account does not have proper privileges
Your privileges were changed since your initial Adext AI sign up
Please verify that you can login into Google or Facebook via your ad account and can access the accounts you'd like Adext AI to manage and then try the process again.
