The time it takes for the Compatibility Report email to reach your inbox (from the email you registered in Adext) can take from a couple of seconds up to 24 hours depending on the number of ad sets you have selected and their characteristics. If more than 24hours have passed and you still have not received any e-mail for the compatibility report of your Smart Campaign, please contact us through our chat to attend your specific case.
