Typical reasons this occurs:
The ad account your authorized in Adext AI does not have any campaigns or there aren't any ad groups in the campaign you selected
Your ad account doesn't have sufficient privileges to access to the campaigns or ad groups you'd like to use with Adext AI
Please verify that you can access the campaigns and ad groups in your Google and Facebook Ads account. If all seems well there, then please send us a message through the chat icon at the lower right of your screen and we will research and attempt to solve why this is happening in your specific case.
